Improve education quality, cultivate excellent nurses-Training of nursing talents under the background of building a powerful country in higher education

Abstract

Quality is the life of higher nursing education. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the higher nursing education in China has made great progress. Some reform and construction have been carried out around the internal personnel training system for improving the quality of education, the establishment of a perfect education quality culture and the external certification and evaluation supervision mechanism. The strategy of building a strong country in higher education takes the quality improvement as the most important task in the future education. The higher nursing education in China needs to combine the characteristics of the times, build a first-class nursing specialty with Chinese characteristics, and train excellent nurses.
