Abstract

The research aims to identify impression management methods represented by (selfpromotion, flattery and appreciation of others, showing the need for help, role model, coercion) and their impact in organizational happiness and through its dimensions represented by (job satisfaction, satisfaction with work-life balance, employee well-being) in The Iraqi Middle East Investment Bank is the place where the research was applied. Accordingly, the hypothetical plan for the research was designed, which embodies the relationship between the research variables, and through testing the hypothesis that shows the extent of the impact of impression management methods on creating organizational happiness in the researched bank. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted through analyzing the data. Finance for the period (2018-2021), and the research reached a number of results, namely that impression management methods have a significant impact on organizational happiness in the workplace
