Abstract
全病程治疗和管理是防止抑郁障碍复燃或复发、改善预后的基本原则。在全病程治疗中，抗抑郁药物是最重要的治疗手段。随着医改步伐的逐步推进，未来将有更多的抑郁障碍患者在社区接受长期治疗和随访，因此全科医生有必要了解和掌握抗抑郁药物的全病程治疗原则。
