Abstract

Based on the main task of humans as caliph fii al-ard. Humans must be able to balance their worldly life and the afterlife. This goes straight in line with the ultimate goal of prophetic education, which leads to the formation (insan kamil) of humans who are perfect in all their aspects. This research aims to explain the implications of the Asmaul Husna reading tradition in the concept of prophetic education. The location of this research is Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah An-Nur Langkap. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the type of field research. Data was collected through three techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses the interactive model from Miles and Huberman, which begins with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, the tradition of reading Asmaul Husna that has been running in madrasas is carried out in pre-learning activities and in Asmaul Husna mujahadah activities. In the concept of prophetic education, the tradition of reading Asmaul Husna has implications as: first, as a strengthening of the students' aqidah (transcendence). Second, as a character builder for students (humanization).
