Implementation of the SGSST to reduce the level of risk in the company Molino Agroindustria Alexander S.A.C.

Abstract

The benefit of an excellent implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) is reflected in the well-being and quality of work life, the decrease in absenteeism rates due to illness, the reduction of accident and mortality rates due to work accidents and the increase in business productivity, which is why it was decided to implement an OSHMS to reduce the risk level in the company Molino Agroindustria Alexander S.A.C. The research methodology responds to an explanatory level, with a pre-experimental design. After the application of the SGSST, the level of risk in the company decreased, being 50% in the trivial level, 33% in the tolerable level and 17% in the moderate level. Therefore, it is concluded that the Management System reduces the labor risks in the company Molino Agroindustria Alexander S.A.C.
