Abstract
The cultivation of religious moderation values at the primary, secondary and tertiary education levels is essential to maintain harmony in a plural society. Radicalization and intolerance are challenges that must be faced in the education process. This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation values in Islamic education at various levels, as well as to identify challenges and effective strategies in its implementation. The research methodology used is qualitative with a literature research approach. Data were collected from various relevant literature sources to answer the research questions. The results show that the implementation of religious moderation values is carried out through an approach that is in accordance with the development of students at each level of education. However, there are still challenges in the form of gaps in understanding among students and lack of community involvement. The implementation of religious moderation values in schools has a strategic role in shaping an inclusive and tolerant generation. Collaboration between educational institutions, government and communities is essential to ensure the internalization of these values at all levels of education.
