Abstract

Researchers and Academicians have claimed that the development and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Knowledge Management (KM) systems has significant potential and possibilities to improve the higher education systems and procedures than any other advances in technical industries. Many studies have shown that the education sector has been lacking the use of AI and KM systems and that is badly hitting many areas of academic researches and mostly the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary researches. In this work various machine learning algorithms have been applied with different models. The performances of these models are measured on respective criteria. The results highlight some common but largely hidden facts about lack of mature smart systems in higher education and researches, their impacts, and future of AI based KM systems in education sector.
