Abstract
The article discusses various issues related to the implementation and refinement at the enterprises of agro-industrial complex of the intellectual information system to assess the level of maturity of the organization. Justification of the choice of methodology of development and management of this project is given. The nuances of integration with information systems already available at the enterprises, which provide QMS operation, are considered. Real experience of finalization and implementation of web-oriented software with the help of agile development methodology using the shortest possible sprints is described.
