Abstract

Abstrak Jurnal ini akan membahas tentang pentingnya inovasi sistem digital dalam meningkatkan kepuasan tamu dan efisiensi layanan di departemen Food and Beverage (F&B) dalam industri perhotelan. Tujuan artikel ini untuk menguraikan tinjauan tentang berbagai teknologi digital yang telah diadopsi di Departemen F&B, serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan tamu dan kinerja operasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Berbagai penelitian dan studi kasus dianalisis untuk memahami bagaimana implementasi sistem digital seperti perangkat lunak manajemen restoran, aplikasi pemesanan online, dan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek operasional, mulai dari manajemen inventaris hingga penyediaan layanan. Kata Kunci: Inovasi sistem digital, Departemen F&B, Kepuasan tamu, Efisiensi layanan, Perhotelan, Restoran. Abstract This journal will discuss the importance of digital system innovation in increasing guest satisfaction and service efficiency in the Food and Beverage (F&B) department in the hospitality industry. The purpose of this article is to outline an overview of the various digital technologies that have been adopted in the F&B Department, as well as their impact on guest satisfaction and operational performance. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Various studies and case studies are analyzed to understand how the implementation of digital systems such as restaurant management software, online ordering applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has impacted various aspects of operations, from inventory management to service provision.
