Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) how the implementation of policy on the application of electronic identity cards in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Regency of North Mamuju (2) the process of implementation of the public service of electronic identity cards in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Mamuju This is a descriptive qualitative Utara.Penelitian where the object of the research is to describe the communication factor, resources, bureaucracy and disposition in seeing how the implementation of public services in the application of the Electronic Identity Card. Datadilakukan through pengamatanterlibat collection, interview (determination of informants by using purposive sampling method), dokumentasidan literature review. The data is then classified and described and analyzed kualitatif.Hasil research shows that four factors that influence the success of an implementation kebijakanmenurut Edward III on the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card application at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Regency of North Mamuju. Communications Factor indicator is socialization, factor of implementation resource indicator is a technical executive personnel and supporting equipment readiness, implementation indicators disposition factor is the existence of SOPs implemented and implementation indicators bureaucratic structure factor bagimana regulatory support.
