Abstract
Polycrystalline lead free ceramic (Na0.2Bi0.3Zr0.5) TiO2 was prepared using mixed oxide convection solid-state reaction technique. XRD analysis indicated the mixed phase structure. Dielectric study of NBZT has shown phase transition at room temperature. AC impedance derived from Di-electric study showed different frequency at room temperature. It was used as tool to analyse electric behaviour of NBZT. Further complex impendence analysis was used to determine nature of NBZT. It was observed that NBZT has non-Debye type relaxation and negative temperature co-efficient of resistance (NTCR).Fermi level and activation energy of the compound were determined with the help of AC conductivity data.
