Abstract

Sr(Bi3.9-xNdxLa0.1)(Ti3.975Zr0.025)O15 (x = 0.00, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075 and 0.1) ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction technique. It was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectra (EDS). The impedance spectroscopy and conductivity studies were investigated. XRD analysis indicated, the formation of a single-phase orthorhombic structure and particle size was found by SEM. The compositions were confirmed from their EDS spectra. Impedance plots were used as tools to analyze the sample behavior as a function of frequency and temperature. Cole-Cole plots were showed that a non-Debye relaxation. Conductivity measurements were performed on it.
