Abstract

In the work luminescent and histochemical research of influence of calcium compounds on structures of a thymus at experimental animals is conducted. It is established that compounds of calcium cause essential changes of bioamine supply in premedullary, subcapsular, must cell and thymocytes of brain and cortical substance of thymus segments. The intensity of the luminescence of serotonin significantly increased in macrophages of corticomedullary zone and thymocytes of brain substance of thymus segments in all terms of carrying out of the experiments. In narolina regulation of immunogenesis participate premedullary and subcapsular macrophages, must cells and adrenergic nerve terminal of thymus. In the structures of the thymus the degree of concentration of serotonin is affected by seasonal fluctuations, as confirmed by cytopathological. Long-term intake of laboratory animals calcium in drinking water significantly affect the correlation between bioamin cells of the thymus.
