Abstract
We consider geotechnical systems like engineering structures, the basements of which are in contact with permafrost or thawing soils. The problem of calculation and prognosis is solved for a spreading temperature field in the permafrost under the basements of buildings and constructions in cryolithozone. Mathematical statement of the problem is given in the case of stationary heat conductance with the corresponding boundary conditions. The results are given predicting the temperature state of the soil under the basement in different spatial sections. The results of the calculations of reliability are presented for the buildings and constructions depending on various characteristics of permafrost and the features of basement.
