Abstract
Objective To discuss about the effectiveness of nursing intervention on acute suppurative gonitis so as to provide effective basis for patients that have acute suppurative gonitis on clinical nursing. Methods A total of 60 acute suppurative gonitis patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group where there were 30 patients each in sequence. Nursing intervention was conducted to the 30 patients of observation group, and a systematic nursing intervention was conducted to the patients before, in the process of and after operation by building an acute suppurative gonitis nursing team that was specialized.The effectiveness of nursing effect of control group and observation group was compared. Results For the comparison of treatment effect, treatment time and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions Nursing intervention has the advantages of effectively treating acute suppurative gonitis under arthroscope, markedly shortening the course of treatment, function of diseased arms or legs recovered earlier and nursing satisfaction high.
