Abstract

This study examines the impact of HR practices on employee productivity at Vivid Technologies. It used quantitative approach, non-probability sampling, purposive sampling, sample population, sampling frame, and sampling technique. Results showed that Vivid Technologies should foster a culture of continuous learning and provide opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and skill development to improve performance. Vivid Technologies should implement key HRM practices to enhance employee performance, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, work-life balance, and communication channels. Job role type should be taken into account, and organizational culture should be in harmony with HRM practices to maximize their effectiveness.
