Abstract
Innovative technologies are a range of effective tools that can help improve performance in the construction industry. Construction project management is a series of complex processes where information is of great value. Innovative technologies such as communication tools, BIM technologies, or knowledge systems should contribute to more effective management of these processes. The current situation in the form of security measures taken against the spread of COVID-19 has resulted in a change in the management of construction projects. There is also a basic scientific assumption that the current situation has led to changes in the use of these technologies. It is also assumed that there is a change in use compared to the various phases of a construction project. This research addresses the issue of the impact of COVID-19 on the use of innovative technologies in the management of construction projects. The main research aim is to analyze the impact of the pandemic situation on using modern technologies in construction project management.
