Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the businesses across the world. Entrepreneurs have also faced both opportunities and consequences in the face of this global crisis. A systematic literature review was performed in this study to examine how resilience and other entrepreneurial skills have helped entrepreneurs emerge out of the crisis. For this purpose, 15 papers were reviewed that revealed resilience, innovativeness, flexibility, perseverance and change readiness as the main characteristics of the entrepreneurs that have helped them use the opportunities provide by the crisis. The researcher has highlighted the need for increase in research regarding resilience development and skills post the crisis occurrence. The implications and limitations of the study have also been mentioned by the researcher. © 2021. All Rights Reserved.
