Abstract
Survival results of the International Adjuvant Lung Trial (IALT) which was designed to question the role of 3 to 4 cycles of adjuvant cisplatin-based CT after complete resection of NSCLC have been recently reported (NEJM, 2004). Our objective is to present results on patterns of failure and especially local control.
