Abstract
Deviations in the cellular and humoral links of the immune system of patients with involutive (age-dependent) coxarthrosis at different stages of the disease course were studied and their part in the regulation of an inflammatory reaction in the hip joint was revealed. It was found out that humoral factors of immunity were mostly those factors, which determined the direction of destructive-inflammatory manifestations in the intercellular matrix of the hip joint structures.
