Abstract

In the study, the diagnostic capabilities of the immunochemiluminescence method in the diagnosis of syphilis in patients who applied for outpatient care were studied. The high diagnostic value of the method for detecting previously transferred syphilis is shown. Can be used for screening to identify infected individuals. False-positive reactions to syphilis are predominantly due to chronic disease, infection, or trauma.
