Abstract

The formation of metabolism provides for the development and formation of immunometabolic processes according to the physiological status of animals. At the same time, the study of nonspecific immunity, the orientation and level of metabolism, the dynamics of microbiocenosis of the gastrointestinal tract of piglets is relevant. Probiotic microorganisms related to the normal, physiologically and evolutionarily justified flora of the intestinal tract and, when administered orally, positively affect immunity, productivity, and the safety of livestock. At the same time, probiotic systems created on the basis of active metabolites of probiotic microorganisms deserve special interest. Probiotic systems containing metabolic products and structural components of probiotic microorganisms make it possible to actively ensure the work of probiotics in various parts of the gastrointestinal tract of the body with a high physiological effect, called metabiotics. The object of research was 5% molasses of sugar beet, probiotic microorganisms Clostridium thermocellulociticus, Ruminococcus olbus, Clostridium lochheadii were used for cultivation. During the cultivation of probiotic microorganisms, a certain metabolic activity of their vital activity has been established, which is expressed in a decrease in the mass fraction of the amount of fermented sugars within 53.7%...23.7%, the hydrogen index from 6.70 to 3.77 in the molasses sample, cultivated microorganisms reducing the amount of fermented sugars. It was found that the number of probiotic microorganisms included in the culture fluid on the eighth day in a 5% molasses-based nutrient medium is 9.9 x 106 CFU/cm3. Attention is drawn to the fact of a significant increase in the synthesis of active metabolites in the form of amino acids by a complex of probiotic microorganisms in Arginine 2.8 times, Tyrosine 57.7 times, Leucine + isoleucine 3.9 times, and other essential and conditionally interchangeable amino acids, which indicates a significant activity of probiotic microorganisms in the nutrient medium. When using culture fluid once every 7 days, using a group method through a medicator with water in an amount of at least 109 CFU / head, it was found that the indicators of protein-carbohydrate metabolism and intestinal microbiocenosis indicate positive dynamics in the formation of metabolism.
