Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how class management is in the development of student learning interests in Nurul Huda Curug Kindergarten Tangerang Banten and to find out students' interest in learning through class management at Nurul Huda Curug Tangerang Banten Kindergarten and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in conducting class management in Nurul Huda Curug Kindergarten Tangerang Banten. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Then use data validity techniques by prioritizing data credibility tests through extended observations, increased persistence, and triangulation. The results of this study show that the successful implementation of classroom management in developing student learning interests in Nurul Huda Curug Kindergarten Tangerang Banten is very dependent on the way teachers use learning methods and media that make students interested in participating in learning. And there are supporting factors in increasing students' interest in learning through classroom management including good infrastructure and teacher human resources. In contrast, the inhibiting factor lies in the student's volatile learning motivation and the psychological state of the child brought from home to school.
