Imitation modeling of production processes by using the planned and situational logic of the workplaces reservation

Abstract

The logic of priorities assignment for workplaces reservation when simulating the manufacturing operations of a batch of machine parts sets is proposed. Examples of combined redundancy of the workplaces in the manufacture of the parts batches with different technological cycles are considered. It is shown that the complex application of situational logic and the logic of the workplaces planned reservation at the imitation modeling of production processes will significantly increase the adequacy of modeling.
