Abstract

This experimental research based on a four group experimental design with a pre-test and a post-test, is led with 94 subjects about twenty years old (46 women and 48 men). It shows, more than classical effects obtained in mental imagery (physical training, mental rehearsal, physical training connected with mental rehearsal), that blank mental instruction preceding immediately motor act (dart throw) during training phase disturb correct performance.
