Abstract
Holographic code transformation of signals u and v is theoretically treated, and the deformations in the transformed images of Fresnel, lensless Fourier and Fourier transform types are compared. Examples of the numerical calculation where u and v have a rectangular shape of equal width show that the case where lensless Fourier transformation is performed in the first step and Fourier transformation in the second step with a unit system magnification gives the most faithful image. The treatment is also applied to the ordinary holography with extended reference and reconstructing sources.
