Sunto Il presente lavoro intende fornire un contributo al professionista che, nell’assistere l’azienda nelle scelte strategiche di finanza straordinaria, funzionali al risanamento, utilizzi lo strumento del trust. Come sperimentato dall’Autore nelle sue esperienze professionali, l’uso tempestivo dell’istituto nella fase precoce della crisi d’impresa aumenta le probabilità di successo del risanamento e della ristrutturazione del debito, consentendo la realizzazione della causa concreta del trust e il perseguimento di interessi di rilevanza generale.
