Abstract
Bilateral ureteric entrapment is known in conditions such as retroperitoneal fibrosis, post-aortic aneurysm repair, retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy, and tumour. Unilateral ureteric entrapment has been reported in cases of hernia 1 Weintraub J.L. Pappas G.M. Kirsch M.J. et al. Percutaneous reduction of ureterosciatic hernia. We present a case of bilateral ureteric entrapment within the sacroiliac joints in an elderly lady with no known history of trauma. To the authors’ knowledge, this has not been previously reported in the scientific literature.
