Background: Chilliwack is a Western Canadian agricultural city (92,000 residents)’ 102 km from Vancouver; within 1 of BC’s 5 geographical/regional health authorities (Fraser Health Authority)(FHA); younger (80% age<59 years), higher education, 95% English-speaking, 81% European-origin & low immigrant population (15.5%), compared to FHA & BC as a province.
