Abstract

The effectiveness of the impact of the Kazakh national sports Togyzkumalak game on increasing the educational and cognitive activity of primary school students in the educational and cognitive process is considered. Based on the analysis, it can be noted the need for further development and systematization of the use of knowledge from various fields in classes on the Togyzkumalak game, as well as in other academic subjects, such as mathematics, language, physical education and others. This involves creating themed challenges, stories, and other forms of playful interaction. This approach sees the path to the effective formation of the personality of a student with multifaceted needs and the development of their educational and cognitive abilities through individualization and activation of educational and cognitive activities. Classes on the Togyzkumalak game based on an interdisciplinary approach can contribute to the diversified development of students’ personality, which is confirmed by the results of the study. Regardless of the individual characteristics of the students, this approach creates a positive basis for their neuropsychic development.
