Abstract

In developmental approaches to human resource management it is clearly discussed about the importance of human factors in the organization as an important asset. If you provide good conditions for the flourishing of individual talent mentioned property will have better performance. One of the affecting factors in improving the performance of employees is the growing sense of empowerment among them. Therefore, the first aim of the present paper is identify the factors affecting Staffs empowerment through the study of history and research conducted in this area and then is to prioritize these factors using the Shannon entropy and TOPSIS method. Data collection tools in this study, was a questionnaire that developed with a special range of TOPSIS and will be analysed by using the MATLAB and MSEXCEL software. The population of this study is the Khuzestan gas company of course, considering that this is a research-based expert the number of samples is not raised according to standard tables. The result of this research introduces job enrichment and then delegating as the most effective components of Staffs Empowerment.
