Identifikasi Warna Adonan Kerupuk Labusiam Menggunakan Sensor Warna Berbasis IoT

Introduction:
 This study aims to determine the promotion strategy for the Pacu Jawi (cow race) event in Pariangan District, West Sumatra Province. There are three indicators of the promotion strategy used to promote the Pacu Jawi event in Pariangan District, West Sumatra: identifying the target audience, designing messages, and choosing appropriate media. These three indicators need to be a concern to help the Youth and Sports Tourism Office in Tanah Datar Regency to attract tourists and compete with other tourism events in West Sumatra so that in the future, the Pacu Jawi Event is right on target, according to the needs and interests of tourists, and visitors who are targeted are more effective and efficient.
 Methodology:
 The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects of this study consisted of six informants, two main informants from the Youth and Sports Tourism Office Tanah Datar Regency, one supporting informant from the chairman of the Pariangan District Tourism Travel Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), one Head of Pacu Jawi Association (Porwi), and two informants from the Travel Agents. Data collection techniques and data sources were carried out using interview methods with interview guidelines and documentation in the form of direct photos and voice recordings from the informants.
 Findings: 
 The results of this study show that research informants identify target audiences using special techniques by expanding the selected audience based on tourist visits. Is there any increase or decrease? Identifying the target audience is also through the Pacu Jawi photography competition; the target is photographers and domestic tourists who can affect economic growth for residents and are expected to increase the amount of regional income because many tourists come from outside of the region. Besides that, designing messages by creating an attractive event calendar design and uploading it on social media, such as Instagram, every week for the Pacu Jawi event and making it a tour package is one of the strategies to promote the event. Another strategy is to spread messages through the event calendar, namely the flagship program of the Tanah Datar Regency Government, namely the One Nagari One Event Program. The flagship One Nagari One Event program has been facilitated by the Tanah Datar local government since 2022 to revive the tourism sector and rise from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This program is expected to be able to attract tourists to Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia. In addition, traditional culture and traditions that have disappeared are now reappearing, and also through this program, it is possible to drive tourism and the creative economy. On this event calendar, there are black, red, and yellow symbols, which symbolize the Marawa (a tricolor flag consisting of three vertical charts showing the typical Minangkabau colors, that is black, red, and yellow) as the official flag of Minangkabau. In designing the message, it has fulfilled the aspects and paid attention to the content of the message to be disseminated. However, it should also be noted that before creating a message, it is important to use communicative sentences to make it easy for the audience to understand. Media selection is made personally and non-personally. Personal media is communication carried out face-to-face between two or more people as done by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Tanah Datar Regency, which is attending events and promoting them directly through making videos containing information about the Pacu Jawi event. Meanwhile, non-personal communication is carried out indirectly or with the help of print / online media such as social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), flyers, and posters.
 Conclusion: 
 The Pacu Jawi Event Promotion Strategy in Pariangan Regency, West Sumatra Province, uses three indicators; the first is identifying the target audience using special techniques in determining the target audience by inviting photographers for the Pacu Jawi photo competition and classifying demographics that target audiences of all ages, genders, and professions. The second is designing messages with simple language, which does not mean simplifying the concept but presenting information in a way that is more easily understood by the audience and also telling an overview of the content of the philosophy of Pacu Jawi in Pariangan itself to attract tourists with events in Nagari Pariangan. The design of the message has a particular meaning and is different for each message conveyed because the message depends on the event to be promoted. Third, the selection of media used is based on print media such as posters and billboards and online media such as social media like Instagram, Facebook, Tanah Datar District Government website, TikTok and uploading documentary videos about the Pacu Jawi event and through radio broadcasts.

The aim of the paper is to investigate the interrelationship amongst sport event image, destination image, e-WOM, satisfaction and loyalty of spectator on the traditional bull racing sport in Tanah Datar regency, West Sumatra. Tourists who visited the bull race event in Tanah Datar participated as respondents. It involved both both local and foreign event spectators to Tanah Datar regency. A non-probability sampling method was used to recruit 145 respondents to respond to questionnaires. Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to investigate the relationships among the research variables. The results show that sport event image has a positive and significant impact on the image of the destination and on the satisfaction of the tourists. Furthermore, e-WOM positively and significantly affects the destination image. The satisfaction of tourists also has a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of tourists. However, destination image variables have positive but not significant effect on the satisfaction of tourists at the bull race event in Tanah Datar regency, West Sumatra. Traditional sport event offers different value to the tourist, and the image of the destination play important role in the tourist decision to visit an event. Sport tourism not only about the event but also support from the interconnected aspect such as destination and level of satisfaction.

The kind of this research is causal descriptive. The research population is all students at grade XI of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency. Number of the population is 750 students in 2016/2017 academic year. The sample was taken by using the technic of Proportional Random Sampling. The research sampling is 261 students out of the whole population. Primary data in this research is taken from questionnaire given to the respondents, and the secondary data, is related to the research object which is presented by other authorities in the form of students learning achievement in final semester examination (UAS) in social science subject. The technic of data analysis is path analysis with SPSS program 15.0 Version. The research findings are: (1) Learning facilities has significant influence toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (2) Learning interest has significant influence toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (3) Learning environment has significant influence toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (4) Learning facilities have significant influence toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(5) Learning interest has significant influence toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(6) Learning environment has significant influence toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(7) Learning motivation has significant influence toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency.

West Sumatra as a province in the State of Indonesia uses the term Nagari system for the lowest administrative area where the BUMdes program in West Sumatra is also referred to as Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag). The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag) in increasing Nagari income in Nagari Tabek Patah, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency, to find out the obstacles faced and provide efforts in developing Nagari-Owned Enterprises (BUMNag) in increasing Nagari income. in Nagari Tabek Patah, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results of the discussion of this study that the existence of Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag) in increasing Nagari income in Nagari Tabek Patah, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province can be said to be still not visible due to several obstacles from various factors. The recommended efforts in this paper include, among others, the need to conduct a briefing for BUMNag management who will manage BUMNag on a regular basis so that BUMNag management can run well. Choosing good Human Resources (HR) for the advancement of BUMNag in the Tabek Patah Nagari Government so that they can contribute to increasing Nagari's Original Income. It is necessary to speed up the process of forming new BUMNag to replace the previous BUMNag that had suffered losses so that the existence of the Tabek Patah BUMNag could look good and develop in order to increase Nagari's original income.

One of the areas in Indonesia that has many cultural elements is Tanah Datar Regency in West Sumatra. Tanah Datar has a variety of cultural attractions, Basa Pagaruyung Palace which is pagaruyung kingdom for example, there is also a Kerbai or Sapi Racing Cultural Tradition commonly called Pacu Jawi. Minangkabau tradition that uses cows or buffaloes in the pacu Bersama with the intention of being grateful for sustenance and expecting blessings. This attraction is done in muddy land or large rice fields and is done during the harvest season. Tanah Datar Regency has a variety of tourist attractions, especially the iconic one in Tanah Datar Regency is Pacu Jawi, where this attraction is very popular with many circles and tourists. Especially from the photography side who judged that "can not be said as a photographer if not passed photographing the attraction Pacu Jawi". Pacu Jawi is an attraction with the meaning of gratitude. Accessibility, Facilities, and Attractions in Pacu Jawi is included in the good category because everything is well managed. This research method uses primary and secondary data where the primary data obtained from the interview results and secondary is obtained from several articles and journals that have been validated

The productivity of Curly Red Chillies in Tanah Datar Regency is lower than the average in West Sumatra. The objectives of this study are to: (1) analyse the factors affecting the productivity of red chilli in Tanah Datar Regency, (2) analyse the level of technical efficiency of red chilli in Tanah Datar Regency, (3) analyse the factors affecting the technical efficiency of red chilli in Tanah Datar Regency. The method used in this research is the survey method on 80 samples through random sampling. Data analysis using Cobb-Douglas stochastic frontier production function. The results showed that the factors that have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of kerinting red chillies are seeds, manure, ZA fertiliser, and labour. While the factors that have a negative and significant effect are kcl fertiliser, npk phonska fertiliser, and zpt. This explains that any addition of factors that have a positive and significant effect will increase production and vice versa, any addition of factors that have a negative and significant effect will reduce the production of curly red chilli. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the productivity factors of seeds, manure, ZA fertiliser, and labour and reduce the inputs of kcl fertiliser, npk phonska fertiliser and ZPT for more efficient curly red chilli farming.

Tourism in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic could be suspended if entrepreneurs, institutions, ormanagers do not immediately switch to using digital technology. Promotion of tourism, offers,destinations, hotels, culinary, souvenirs, and everything related to tourism requires digital technology.Through this technology, photos or videos related to tourism promotion can be presented. Photos orvideos that are made professionally and presented briefly, concisely, and precisely, are the mainattraction for tourists. Therefore, the presence of a professional photographer is needed. Puncak Pato isthe second most favored destination in Tanah Datar Regency, after the Pagaruyung Traditional House.This tourist location is located in Nagari Batu Bulek, North Lintau Buo District, Tanah Datar Regency,West Sumatra. In this village there is a group of out of school youth. They don't have permanent jobs.This youth group has a strong interest in photography, but does not yet have sufficient competence.Through the Community Partnership Program, the Community Service Group of the Faculty ofMathematics and Natural Sciences UNP provides workshops to improve their competence inphotography. The results of the pre-test and post-test for the knowledge and skills of the participants,which consisted of 7 people, showed that there had been an increase in the competence of theparticipants. It is hoped that they can become professional photographers who are the spearhead of thepromotion of Puncak Pato and other tours in Tanah Datar Regency throughout the world.

The development of salibu rice is a flagship program in Tanah Datar Regency. Extension workers, as the spearhead, play an important role in the dissemination of salibu rice technology innovations. The lack of the spread of Salibu rice technology innovations in Tanah Datar Regency is allegedly due to the uneven knowledge and skills of extension workers about salibu rice technology innovations. For this reason, this study focuses on extension communication networks in Tanah Datar Regency. The research was carried out using the survey method, the determination of respondents was carried out by a census of 37 extension workers in Tanah Datar Regency, and data analysis was conducted using the Ucinet VI program. The study results show that the sociogram of the communication network regarding the adoption of salibu rice cultivation innovations in Tanah Datar Regency is a radial personal network that is open to the environment, but has low cohesiveness. Actors who play a role in local and global and betweenness centrality in the cultivation network in Tanah Datar Regency are played by extension coordinators. This indicates that the development of salibu rice technology innovations is open to farmers and communities outside Tanah Datar Regency, in addition to the fact that the extension coordinator is highly responsible for disseminating the salibu rice technology innovation.

Unemployment is a significant issue in Indonesia's labor market. The unemployment rate is measured by the Open Unemployment Rate (OUR) through the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) conducted by BPS. In 2022, the OUR in Tanah Datar District reached its highest level in the past fifteen years. This rise in unemployment contrasts with the declining poverty rate, unlike other districts/cities in West Sumatra. To address the increasing unemployment, detailed information at the smallest administrative level is necessary. However, because the limited sample size in SAKERNAS does not allow for direct estimation of the OUR with sufficient accuracy, this study aims to overcome this limitation by estimating the OUR at the subdistrict level using indirect estimation through Small Area Estimation (SAE). The SAE method applied is Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Prediction (EBLUP), using the Restricted Maximum Likelihood (REML) estimation model. This research uses secondary data obtained from the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) of Tanah Datar Regency for the August 2022 period and the Village Potential data (PODES) of Tanah Datar Regency in 2021. The findings indicate that three subdistricts—Pariangan, Lintau Buo Utara, and Padang Ganting—have higher OUR values than Tanah Datar Regency in 2022, with rates of 6.00%, 6.01%, and 11.03%, respectively. The factor that influences the high OUR in these sub-districts is the variable percentage of the male population, which in this model has a large contribution to the calculation of OUR. The indirect estimations using EBLUP are deemed reliable, as the RSE value is below 25%. Therefore, the EBLUP indirect estimation results for OUR at the subdistrict level in Tanah Datar Regency can guide local government efforts to take targeted actions to reduce unemployment, especially in areas with high OUR.

This research tries to ascertain the impact of love of money on fraudulent village fund management. The Nagari in Tanah Datar Regency are the study's population., West Sumatra, amounting to 75 Nagari. The sample in this study was the Wali Nagari, secretary and treasurer in each nagari in Tanah Datar Regency. This study's research design, which employs primary data, is quantitative. Direct distribution of questionnaires to 225 respondents yielded the primary data. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression technique. The results of this study are Love of Money has a positive and significant effect on fraudulent village fund management in Nagari in Tanah Datar Regency.

Tetragonula laeviceps is the most widely distributed stingless bee species in tropics. The observation on foraging activity of stingless bee workers of Tetragonula laeviceps had been done from September to December 2020 at a polyculture cropland in Batusangkar, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. The study aimed to determine the pattern of foraging activity of this species at a cropland with vegetation mixture and to identify the relationships between environmental factors i.e., temperature, humidity, and light intensity, to the foraging activity. The stingless bee workers were observed hourly for fifteen minutes from 6 am to 6 pm at their nest entrance, focusing on what they carry when leaving and entering colony. The observation was conducted on seven consecutive days within a week. The natural resources that stingless bee workers brought into their nest were identified and noted along with the number of workers carried certain natural resource. The analysis on observation data showed that the going-out of stingless bee workers for resources peaked at 9 am. The resource carried the most by stingless bee workers into their nest were pollen. Statistical analysis revealed that 78% of foraging activities for resources and nest material in Tetragonula laeviceps were influenced by environmental factors.

Nagari Tageh is a program implemented by the government to strengthen the community based on the community itself. Nagari Tageh is a reflection of the national program known as the Disaster Resilient Village. In West Sumatra, Nagari Tageh was initiated by the Regional Police (POLDA), and at the district level, it was carried out by the local police (POLRES). In Tanah Datar Regency, Nagari Tageh has been socialized since 2018, but there is still no Nagari that has been able to implement this program comprehensively. The involvement of other stakeholders that should support this program has also not been seen, as if the POLRES is working alone without cross-sectoral support. However, because the Nagari Tageh program is a strategic program that directly involves the Nagari community, contributions from other relevant agencies are urgently needed. This study aims to examine the roles that can be carried out by government institutions as stakeholders in the Nagari Tageh program so that it can be implemented more comprehensively in the future. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with key informants from the Tanah Datar POLRES and several other stakeholders related to the Nagari Tageh program. The results show that stakeholders other than POLRES and the Nagari government actually have a commitment to support the implementation of Nagari Tageh, but there is no formal coordination or clear role division. Each institution has a different potential contribution according to its authority, but there is no binding collaboration mechanism. A coordinated structure between institutions is needed to ensure that this program can run in an integrated and sustainable manner.

This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and brand switching to powder brands in class XII female adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Lintau Buo, Lintau Buo District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province. The independent variable in this study is conformity while the dependent variable is brand switching. Measuring tools used in this study are the conformity scale and brand switching. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were 104 class XII girls at SMA Negeri 2 Lintau Buo, Kec. Tanah Datar, Prov. West Sumatra. Test the validity and reliability in this study using Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the conformity scale moved from rix = 0.312 to rix = 0.715 with a reliability coefficient value of α = 0.905 while the results of the validity coefficient on the brand switching scale moved from rix = 0.311 to rix = 0.751 with a reliability coefficient value of α = 0.914. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.764 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a strong and significant relationship between conformity and brand switching to powder brands in class XII female adolescents at SMAN 2, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province.

Creative economy actors in West Sumatra have established relationships and have a sense of solidity in developing the creative economy. Creative economy actors in West Sumatra with a majority population of Minang make this cultural similarity the main capital in achieving togetherness, both in establishing cooperation and in the fields of production, distribution and consumption. Besides that, West Sumatra's creative economy actors build this attachment so that it creates the strength of shared capital in values, norms and networks. The focus of this research is to analyze the embeddedness of creative economy actors in the development of the creative economy in the tourist destination area of West Sumatra. This research focuses on the embeddedness theory proposed by Granovetter. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The informants of this research are creative economy actors over 14 sectors in the tourist destination area of West Sumatra, with the withdrawal of informants using purposive sampling. The data collection method begins with secondary data collection with document studies, then in-depth interviews and non-participant observation. The unit of analysis in this study is an individual for economic actors in the West Sumatra tourist destination area. Data analysis uses the model of Miles and Hubermen by conducting 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The locations of this research are Padang City, Bukittinggi City, Sawahlunto City, South Coastal District and Tanah Datar Regency. The results of this study indicate that the embeddedness of creative economic actors in the development of EKRAF lies in regional relations of origin and family ties. Embeddedness is realized by the feeling of one ethnicity and blood ties.

This research is based on the majority of people in Tanah Datar Regency who work as farmers, one of which is fish cultivation. Based on this, researchers want to know the welfare of the fish farming community in Tanah Datar Regency. This research aims to analyse the welfare of the fish pond cultivator community from an economic and Islamic economic perspective in Tanah Datar Regency. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The primary data source in this research is the fish farming community, obtained from interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are documents, data from the BPS website and other supports. The data validity checking technique used in this writing is the source triangulation technique. The results of the research show that the fish pond cultivation business in Tanah Datar Regency is very beneficial and can improve the welfare of the community as seen from eight indicators from the Central Statistics Agency including indicators of family income, family expenditure or consumption, condition or conditions of residence, residential facilities, health of members. family, ease of obtaining health services, ease of enrolling children in education and ease of obtaining transportation facilities. So, researchers understand that fish pond cultivators in Tanah Datar district are prosperous. Meanwhile, regarding the aspects of maintaining religion, soul, reason, lineage and property, these five aspects have also been fulfilled and of course it can be concluded that fish pond cultivators are prosperous from an economic and Islamic economics perspective.
