Abstract

Health tourism is a construct of modern times based on a holistic lifestyle. Balance, which is characteristic of a holistic approach, implies the unity and harmony of the individual as a system, and at the same time as a subsystem of the environment. The primary goal of this paper is to indicate and highlight the critical success factors, i.e. the determinants of the innovative concept in the process of modern management of the development of health tourism for the satisfaction of stakeholders and ensuring competitiveness. Konecept is already proving to be extremely good in practice, because its effective application brings many benefits to all actors of the health tourism sector. Therefore, the results of the work can be especially used by public policy makers as an instrument for improving the business environment, and by business actors as a platform for improving competitiveness
