Abstract

Рurpose. At the current stage of the operation of railway transport of industrial enterprises, the processing of car flows in transport and cargo complexes takes place in variable operating conditions, which leads to low efficiency of the interaction of production and transport. To solve this problem, at the initial stage, it is necessary to identify the functions performed by the transport and cargo complex for the reception and processing of bulk raw materials during the period of negative temperatures. Research methods. In the process of the research, methods of analysis and synthesis were used to study the issue and the main scientific publications regarding the state and ways of increasing the efficiency of the interaction of production and transport at industrial enterprises; the methodology of functional cost analysis for the study of flow processes of phase transformation in the transport and cargo complex for the reception of bulk raw materials. Results. The work developed a model for the formation of operational and technical and economic indicators of the transport and cargo complex for the reception of bulk raw materials during the period of negative temperatures. The influence of production and external factors on the volume of transport work in the specified complex was analyzed. Based on the methodology of functional-cost analysis, the functions of the transport and cargo complex of an industrial enterprise were decomposed as a system-technical complex at the macro level, which allowed to evaluate its main functions and created prerequisites for the functional analysis of its work at the micro level. The scientific novelty consists in the development of a general method of identification of the functions of the transport and cargo complex for the reception and processing of bulk raw materials, which is based on the provisions of the functional and cost analysis. Practical significance. The presented theoretical provisions regarding the identified functions of the transport and cargo complex for the maintenance of an industrial enterprise made it possible to identify areas of concentration of additional volume of transport work, which directly affects the operational indicators of the reception and processing of car flows during the period of negative temperatures, and can be used in the future in flow process control models in transport and cargo complexes.
