Abstract
Pudendal neuralgia has an estimated incidence around 1% of the general population with women affected more often than men.1 It is often an elusive treatment target resistant to common treatment modalities. Here we present a case of successful peripheral nerve stimulation to treatment-refractory pudendal neuralgia with a careful review of the relevant anatomical considerations and pitfalls as it pertains to neuromodulating this difficult target.
