Abstract
Gunshot wounds (GSW) near the spinal cord may cause intractable chronic pain through spinal/nerve root transection, or reactive tissue formation resulting in nerve root compression from retained bullet fragments (RBF). [1] Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) is indicated for treating CRPS. [2] This case describes the management of CRPS by SCS in a spinal cord injury (SCI) patient with RBF.
