Purpose: Children with depressed right ventricular (RV) function undergoing cone reconstruction (CR) for Ebstein anomaly (EA) are at risk for postoperative morbidity and mortality. Previous studies have demonstrated excellent short and medium-term outcomes, but the immediate postoperative ICU course and management has not been well studied.
