Abstract
The Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals (ICCP), offers the most widely recognized and distributed certification examinations in the profession. The ICCP offered a Systems Security specialty exam for the first time in May 1991. The exam is intended for senior information systems professionals responsible for the management of an organization's systems security. The candidate should have a broad general knowledge of systems security theory gained through formal education and have practiced as a systems security professional in progressively more responsible assignments. >
