Abstract

The mathematical model of hydrodynamic and heat transfer processes in a system, which rotates a disk, a metal tape, an environment, is developed. The adequacy of both the mathematical model and the computing algorithm is confirmed by comparison the computing results with the laboratory experiment. It has been shown that increase of the disc’s rotational speed reduces the thickness of the amorphous metal tape.
