Abstract

Tests of the physicomechanical characteristics, heat resistance, and temperature range of performance of the developed hybrid silane-functional adhesives sealants Viladex-60 (based on STP-polymers) and Viladex-3105 (based on MS-polymer) have been carried out in comparison with the previously developed Viladex-451 and Viladex-45 sealants and the foreign-produced Betaseal 1125-1F polyurethane sealant. It has been found by the method of thermomechanical analysis that the developed adhesive–sealants differ from the previously developed sealants by an increased modulus of elasticity by 1.5–2 times in the temperature range from 0 to 150°C, and in terms of adhesion, deformation–strength, and thermomechanical characteristics, they are not inferior to the foreign sealants Betaseal 1125-1F designed for gluing glass to automobiles.
