Abstract

This article examines the evolution of human rights as an essential element in the development of civil society and its institutions. The impact and close relationship of the development of human rights and civil society, the mechanisms of interaction of various institutions of civil society, including in the field of human rights protection, are analyzed. One of the conclusions of the article is that in the light of new global challenges to mankind, the problems of interaction between civil society institutions and the level of development of human rights are of a priority nature.
