AbstractCommercial Banking (MIC: 8.1 SIC: 6022 NAIC: 522110)Hudson United Bancorp is a bank holding company. Co. directly owns Hudson United Bank, a full‐service commercial bank that operated more than 200 offices, as of Dec 31 2004, throughout the state of New Jersey; in the Hudson Valley area of New York State; in New York City; in southern Connecticut; and in the Philadelphia, PA area. Co. also directly owns seven additional subsidiaries, which are HUBCO Capital Trust I, HUBCO Capital Trust II, JBI Capital Trust I, Hudson United Capital Trust I, Hudson United Capital Trust II, Hudson United Statutory Trust I and Jefferson Delaware Inc. As of Dec 31 2004, Co. had total deposits of $6.34 billion and total assets of $9.08 billion.
