AbstractCommercial Banking (MIC: 8.1 SIC: 6022 NAIC:522110)Hudson United Bancorp is a bank holding company. Co. directly owns Hudson United Bank, a full‐service commercial bank that operated 205 offices, as of Dec 31 2003, throughout the state of New Jersey; in the Hudson Valley area of New York State; in New York City; in southern Connecticut; and in Philadelphia and surrounding areas in Pennsylvania. Co. also directly owns six additional subsidiaries, which are HUBCO Capital Trust I, HUBCO Capital Trust II, JBI Capital Trust I, Hudson United Capital Trust I, Hudson United Capital Trust II and Jefferson Delaware Inc. As of Dec 31 2003, Co., through its subsidiaries, had total deposits of $6.24 billion and total assets of $8.10 billion.
