Abstract

Kelas ibu hamil adalah sarana untuk belajar bersama tentang kesehatan bagi ibu hamil dalam bentuk tatap muka dalam kelompok yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan tingkat kehadiran Ibu hamil dalam kelas Ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mpunda. Kehadiran kelas ibu hamil di Puskesmas Mpunda belum mencapai target seperti yang diharapkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bima sebesar 100% hanya 58,4%. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan tingkat kehadiran Ibu hamil dalam kelas Ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mpunda Kota Bima Tahun 2022. Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional di Kecamatan Mpunda dari bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2022. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara bertahap meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat (chi-square). Dari hasil uji univariat di dapatkan hasil ibu yang hadir dalam kelas ibu hamil yang mendapat dukungan suami sebanyak 37 orang (68,5%), sedangkan ibu yang hadir dalam kelas ibu hamil yang tidak mendapat dukungan suami sebanyak 17 orang (22,2%). Dari hasil uji bivariat ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan tingkat kehadiran ibu hamil (p=0,003) hal ini berarti bahwa nilai P lebih kecil dari a (P = 0.003 < a = 0.05). Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan tingkat kehadiran ibu hamil dalam kelas Ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mpunda Kota Bima Tahun 2022 dengan nilai P value 0,003. Suami diharapkan dapat lebih memberikan dukungan dan perhatiannya kepada ibu hamil untuk mengikuti kelas ibu hamil sehingga ibu lebih semangat untuk mengikuti kelas ibu hamil. Relationship between Husband's Support and Attendance Rate of Pregnant Women in Pregnant Women's Class Abstract Class for pregnant mothers is a means for learning together about health for pregnant mothers in the form of face-to-face in group which aims to know the relationship between husband support and the attendance level of pregnant mothers in pregnant mothers’ class in the working area of Mpunda Public Health. The attendance of the class of pregnant mothers at Mpunda Public Health Center has not reach the target as expected by the Bima City Health Office of 100% only 58.4%. The purpose of the study was to know the relationship between husband support and the attendance level of pregnant mothers in pregnant mothers’ class in the working area of Mpunda Public Health Center Bima City in 2022. It was a descriptive study by sing cross sectional approach in Mpunda district from April to May 2022. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in stages including univariate and bivariate (chi square) analysis. Based on the result of univariate test got the result of mothers who attended the class of pregnant mothers who received support from their husband were 37 people (68.5%), while the mothers who attended the class of pregnant mothers who did not receive support from their husband were 17 people (22.2%). Based on the result of bivariate test there was a relationship between husband support and the attendance level of pregnant mothers (p=0.003) it meant that a P value smaller than a (P = 0.003 < a = 0.05). The conclusion of this study that there was a relationship between husband support and the attendance level of pregnant mothers in pregnant mothers’ class in the working area of Mpunda Public Health Center Bima City in 2022 with a P value 0.003. Husbands were expected to be able to give more support and attention to pregnant mothers to take classes for pregnant mothers so that mothers are more enthusiastic about taking classes for pregnant mothers.
