Abstract
Ten years of Hérodote, is it the age of discretion ? — For ten years now Hérodote has contributed to the renewal and the dissemination of geographical analyses by mainly reviving the « geopolitics » trend. But the contestant review has become well established. Will it stay open to debating issues, questionning its own orientation included ? Will it carry out its function to encourage reflection on the production of geographical knowledge ? Here are some of the questions the animating staff is faced with especially Yves Lacoste the editor whose personal involvment has deeply impressed on the evolution of the review.
