Capital. Management. For more than 15 years he has worked as a consultant focused on performance improvement, strategic leadership development, and human resource management. His key competence as a consultant is supporting leaders in managing projects to change performance, culture, and opportunities for individual growth. He holds university diplomas in psychology and in economics. Stefan is engaged in several research projects. His goal is to develop guidelines to measure the economic benefits of human performance technologies with respect to a client company's strategy. Currently he is planning several projects to investigate human capital management, the measurement of human capital in organizations to predict future success. Based on this measurement, companies will be able to calculate the value of HR investments in the same terms as investments in technologies, product development, or marketing.
