Abstract

Abstract Infrared and Raman spectra for the material under consideration yield comprehensive bands of frequency and varying wavelength of energy. At J/dv-V at d2 /dv2-V p-lot gives characteristics of tunnel junction .At liquid helium temperature .qv = hѵ implication for JV curve is observed at bias V where ѵ denotes the frequency of molecular compounds present in the barrier. Barrier emitting phonons as quantized lattice vibrations interact with molecular entity. Sudden break in passing electron beam through conducting barrier shall either enhance or decrease electron beam .Consequent effect on spectral bands are observed .This may be implied for the detection of third unknown metal used in the tunneling system . Observed fact serves as detection technique in molecular spectral band of unknown metal.
