Abstract

The importance of Knowledge Management (KM) in organizations is well recognized. This is because the implementation of KM can have an impact on the organization at several levels, such as on people, processes, products, and organizational performance. However, the impact of implementing KM can differ from one another. Therefore, this study aims to identify the impact of implementing KM in organizations, especially on organizational performance. In addition, this study also identifies the model used in the application of KM to identify the factors that influence the impact of KM in the organization. This study also aims to help organizations that want to implement KM or for organizations that have implemented KM to better know the impact that can occur from implementing KM in organizations. This study uses a systematic literature review that will help gather literature from previous studies.
