Abstract
In this paper, the software CiteSpace6.1.R2 is used to take the literature related to "teachers’ ICT ability" in CNKI as research samples, draw the knowledge map, and analyze the current research status,hot spots and development trend of teachers' ICT ability in primary and secondary schools in China. The research results show that, under the background of smart education, the number of researches is increasing year by year, and the current hot topics mainly focus on information literacy and teacher training, especially under the promotion of rural revitalization strategy, more attention is paid to the cultivation of rural teachers' information technology ability. On the whole, the research quality is improving continuously, but there is still a lack of professional and stable research team, and research methods, evaluation and other research contents need to be further strengthened.
