Abstract
AbstractThe electron paramagnetic resonance of Mn2+ and Gd3+ in single crystals of Sm2Co3(NO3)12 · 24 H2O is studied in the X‐band at 300 and 90 K. The spin‐Hamiltonian parameters are evaluated. The observation of resolved Mn2+ and Gd3+ spectra at 300 K and their broadening on lowering the temperature is discussed in terms of host spin—lattice relaxation narrowing.
